Are your goods made in the UK?

Yes. Everything you see in the shop is hand crafted personally by Ania M in the UK. You will not find any cheap imports on this site and nothing you see here is for sale elsewhere.

I'd like to visit your shop, where are you based?

Ania M is based in Fleet, Hampshire. We do not have a shop or public premises and visits are strictly by appointment. During the summer months, Ania M can be found trading at a number of Medieval and historical events, details of which can be found on the blog.

Why are so many items out of stock?

Customers often make contact to ask for different colours or personalisations to their purchases. Stock items can not easily be personalised once finished. So as to maintain as much flexibility as possible to fulfill customer requests, stocks are deliberately kept low and items are frequently made to order even if no special requests are made. Except in busy periods, this does not usually cause a significant delay, with most orders being shipped within a day or two of receipt.

I like a product on your site but do you have it in another colour?

Most products have options to allow you to select another colour or other features, but if this is missing or you don't see what you want, just use the Contact Us form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
