Shipping
Stock items will be despatched within 24hrs of order receipt. Please check item descriptions for estimated delivery times on made to order items, but delivery should usually be within 3-7 working days. You will be emailed a confirmation of expected delivery dates on receipt of you order. Alternatively feel free to contact me for an estimated date.
Returns
All items are made to the highest standards of workmanship and quality checked before despatch, but should there be a problem we will be happy to exchange stock items. We can not accept returns on bespoke or personalised items unless faulty and deposits paid on commissions are non-refundable. No responsibility can be taken for items lost or damaged in transit, but a compensation claim will be submitted to Royal Mail and a refund will be given once paid.
