Shipping

Stock items will be despatched within 1 working day of order receipt. Please check item descriptions for estimated delivery times on made to order items, but delivery should usually be within 3-7 working days for existing designs. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery on commissioned designs. You will be emailed a confirmation of expected delivery dates on receipt of your order. Alternatively feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery date.

Returns

All items are made to the highest standards of workmanship and quality checked before despatch, but should there be a problem we will be happy to exchange stock items. We can not accept returns on bespoke or personalised items unless faulty. Deposits paid on commissions are non-refundable. No responsibility can be taken for items lost or damaged in transit, but a compensation claim will be submitted to Royal Mail and a replacement or refund will be sent once the claim has been paid, so please select a shipping option appropriate to the value of your order. 

Compensation and Insurance

Please ensure that you select the appropriate postage for your order and it is adequately covered by postal insurance. Currently compensation rates are as follows:
1st Class Recorded up to £50 (signed for but not tracked). Orders over £50 will have to be shipped via Special Delivery for insurance reasons.
Special Delivery up to £500 (additional cover may be purchased, signed and tracked)
International Signed For up to £500 (tracked and signed)
